Daily petty annoyances

OK...

Do we need to hear phone messages telling us who we've reached, their entire freakin' life history, when they are and aren't available and so on and so on and so on... ?

Then, If that's not bad enough, we then have to listen to an automated message telling us how to leave a message, rerecord our message, prompt to page individuals and a host of other time-wasting nonsense.

The best phone message I've ever heard was on my friend Mark's machine. "Hi. You've called 555-1234. Why?" BEEP!
